The CTI’s flagship program is the Market Incubator Program (MIP), a marketing and packaging forum for long-running series projects that offers selected Caribbean and Diaspora producers an opportunity to hone their creative and business skills in the context of an international marketplace environment.
A specialized Business and Creative Film Intensive specifically designed to ‘accelerate’ emerging filmmakers by aiding them to prepare and pitch their projects to prospective funders in a short period of time.
Each year, participants of the Incubator have the chance to pitch to working entertainment professionals. These include acquisition and distribution executives, producers and directors who are all actively looking for new content.
Created in 2015, the CaribbeanTales Production Support Program (PSP) provides mentorship support to the winners of the CTI Big Pitch!, which aims to create sustainable, income-generating Caribbean film and television content.
FLOW will pilot a program which provides seed funding to selected producers who participate in CTI. FLOW will be selecting up to three projects per year to be funded for pilot production to be aired on FLOW networks throughout the Caribbean.
CTWD supports the creation of short Caribbean-themed films, through a range of themed short film Challenges held throughout the year.
